NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL
Please be advised that a Special Meeting of Council of the Summer Village of Rochon Sands has been called for:
The purpose of the meeting is to consider a resolution to reschedule the following meetings currently scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, 2026:
The proposed new meeting date will be August 17, 2026, subject to Council resolution.
This Special Meeting has been called in accordance with Section 194 of the Municipal Government Act.

- Sunday, August 9, 2026
- Time: 9:00 am
- Location: Summer Village of Rochon Sands Municipal Office
The purpose of the meeting is to consider a resolution to reschedule the following meetings currently scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, 2026:
- Organizational Meeting of Council
- Regular Meeting of Council
The proposed new meeting date will be August 17, 2026, subject to Council resolution.

- Monday, August 17, 2026
- Organizational Meeting: 6:00 p.m.
- Regular Meeting: Immediately following the Organizational Meeting

Council meetings are on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:00 pm. The public is welcome in person at the municipal office. The meetings are also on Zoom. The following is the Zoom link information to join.
