Looking for a meaningful summer job in a beautiful lakeside community?

The Summer Village of Rochon Sands is hiring four Summer Students for the 2026 season. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in municipal operations and provincial campground services, while working outdoors and directly with the public.
​

​What You’ll Do

  • Outdoor maintenance and groundskeeping (parks, beaches, trails, facilities)
  • Campground guest services, including visitor inquiries and check-ins
  • Office support such as reservations, payments, and phone/email inquiries
  • Special projects and community initiatives

​What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience with a municipal government employer
  • Customer service experience in a busy campground environment

​Position Snapshot

  • Season: May 1 to September Long Weekend, 2026
  • Hours: Approximately 30–40 hours per week (includes weekend rotation)
  • Wage: Starting at $17/hour, based on experience

    • Rochon Sands Provincial Park
    • Narrows Provincial Recreation Area
