Declaration of Mailing the 2026 Combined Assessment and Tax Notices for the Summer Village of Rochon Sands
The 2026 Combined Assessment and Tax Notices for the Summer Village of Rochon Sands have been deemed mailed to all residents recorded on the Summer Village of Rochon Sands Tax Roll as of April 23, 2026. The tax due date is the end of the day on June 30, 2026. Penalties will be applied for the outstanding amounts as prescribed by Bylaw #266-24 "Tax Penalty Bylaw" after the end of June 2026 deadline.

Rochon Sands Bay Projects – Construction Update #3 - March 7, 2026The Summer Village of Rochon Sands is pleased to provide residents with a final update following completion of the 2026 winter construction window in Rochon Sands Bay.
Construction activities began during the week of February 24, 2026, following removal of the legacy Streit/Zender rock pile by the Province.
Although earlier test drilling on February 9, 2026, suggested that little or no excavation might be possible this winter due to soft subsurface conditions, sustained cold temperatures created a limited but valuable construction window. These improved conditions allowed Nu-Edge Construction to safely advance excavation work within both the municipal boat launch and marina basin areas.

It is a practical, measurable guide for municipal decision-making, resource allocation, and community priorities.
