Rochon Sands Provincial Park — Campground Fees

​This page outlines the current camping fees for Rochon Sands Provincial Park Campground, operated by the Summer Village of Rochon Sands.

​Individual RV & Trailer Sites

  • Powered Individual Sites (1 & 2): $40/night/unit
  • Non-serviced Individual Sites (3 - 77): $32/night/unit

Group RV Sites

  • Non-serviced Group Sites (B - F) $190/night, which includes 5 units.  Additional units $32/night/unit.​
  • Non-serviced Group Sites (G - H) $114/night, which includes 3 units.  
  • Powered Group Sites ( Group A ): $210/night, which includes 5 units.  Additional units are $32/night/unit.  There are only 2 posts with power on this site.

Tent Camping

Tent Sites - Individual

  • ​Non-serviced Individual Sites: (30-34) $32/night

Tent Sites - Group

  • Group Tent Sites TA, TB, TC are a min. charge of $114/night, which includes 3 tents.  A max of 5 tents are allowed on the site and the extra 2 tents are $32/night/tent.

Reservation & Administrative Fees

(Applies to all site types)
  • ​​Non-refundable reservation fee: $12 / site​
  • Reservation amendment: $5 / amendment

Mandatory Sani-Dump Fees (RVs)

  • Individual RV sites: $3 / site
  • Group Sites A–F: $15 / group site
  • Group Sites G–H: $9 / group site

Additional Fees

  • Campsite cleaning fee: $250
    Applied if a site is left in disarray. Charged to the card on file.
  • Day-Use Honorarium Donation: $1 / person
    For individuals using playgrounds, beaches, or fire pits who are not registered campers.

Cancellation Policy

Individual Sites
  • Cancellation with 3 or more nights’ notice:
    Full refund of camping fees minus reservation fee and Alberta Parks admin fee
  • Cancellation with less than 3 days’ notice:
    No refund

​Group Sites
  • More than 30 days’ notice:
    Full refund minus reservation fee and Alberta Parks admin fee
  • 30 to 14 days’ notice:
    50% of camping fees forfeited (plus reservation/admin fees)
  • Less than 14 days’ notice:
    No refund
