How do I request a tax certificate?
For people not on title:
- We prefer if you make request through our OptionPay system. You may attach information that is needed to complete the search for a tax certificate, or write in the comments. Please choose "Tax Certificates" under the "Type" drop-down menu. The $25 fee will auto-populate. Once payment is received, a tax certificate will be issued to the email provided.
- You may arrange to be set up as accounts payable account where the requests will be billed and an invoice (in the form of a tax certificate) will be sent via email. Payment is due in 30 days and after 30 days are subject to a penalty fee. You may send your requests to our email.
