How do I apply for an annual boating structure permit?

1. Download, read, and fill out the required items in the policy (application and possibly the consent letter if needed).  The policy can be found here -> AD 1.25 Piers, Docks and Boat Lifts-Revised
2. Please send the complete application to [email protected].  If the application is not complete it will hinder a speedy process.
3. You can pay the $50 annual fee in-person or online OptionPay, mail a cheque to our mailing address, or come in-person to pay cash (please have the correct change) during our office hours.  Cheques can be made to the Summer Village of Rochon Sands​.
4. Once all criteria are met, you will be given a tag to zip-tie in a visible area to your boating structure.  These flags will change colour every year to easily mark what has been registered for the current year not.  Make sure at the end of the season the flag is removed to avoid confusion.
